Deep cleaning
A detailed top to bottom clean to reset your home. Perfect for spring cleans, selling or letting, and before new arrivals. Completion is recorded and signed off with a checklist and optional before and after photos.
What is included
- Appliances: exterior and interior wipe down of fridge and microwave, oven available as add on
- Cabinets: exterior wipe down, interior on request
- Bathroom descaling and sanitising including screens and grout where accessible
- Detail dusting including skirting, light switches, door frames, radiators
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, edging addressed
- Windows: interior panes where accessible, frames and sills wiped
Notes and exclusions
Exterior windows, high risk areas requiring ladders, and specialist stain removal require prior agreement. We will advise where surfaces are at risk of damage.
Completion checklist and evidence
On completion, the cleaner marks each item as done, not applicable, or incomplete with a reason such as blocked access or time limit. You sign on device, and a PDF report is emailed to you. Optional photos can be attached for your records.
