End of tenancy cleaning

A thorough, fixed scope move out clean aligned to local agent expectations. Completion is recorded with a checklist and optional photos, and you sign off the work on site.

What is included

  • Kitchen: appliances exterior, oven clean if included, cupboards inside and out, tiles and splashbacks
  • Bathrooms: full sanitisation, descaling, mirrors and screens
  • All rooms: sockets, switches, skirting, radiators, interior windows, frames and sills
  • Floors: vacuum and mop throughout

Inventory alignment

We follow a standard checklist that maps to typical inventory requirements. Any defects or damage found are noted with photos for your records and for discussions with the agent or landlord.

Completion checklist and sign off

You review the digital checklist with the cleaner and sign on device. Missed items or access issues can be recorded as notes. A PDF report is emailed to you immediately.
