What is included

Kitchen

  • Cleaning of worktops and food‑prep surfaces

  • Cleaning and sanitising toilets, basins, showers and bathtubs

  • Cleaning radiators where accessible
  • Emptying and wiping bins
  • Vacuuming and mopping of floors

Floors throughout the home

  • Vacuuming and mopping where appropriate
  • Wiping accessible skirting boards
  • General dust removal including cobwebs

Bedrooms and living spaces

  • Dusting and polishing of surfaces
  • Cleaning of headboards and decorative furniture
  • Polishing wardrobe mirrors and other glass surfaces
  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs

Finishing touches

We include thoughtful details that help a home feel genuinely cared for:

  • Fluffing pillows and arranging cushions
  • Straightening books, décor and surfaces
  • Polishing glass and mirror panels until streak‑free
  • Wiping door frames for a tidy finish

What is not included by default

Inside ovens, inside cupboards, interior appliances and exterior windows are not included unless arranged as add‑ons. Carpet shampooing and other specialist services may also require separate booking.

Completion checklist and sign off

At the end of the clean, your cleaner runs through a checklist on a phone or tablet. Each item is marked as completed, not applicable, or incomplete with a reason. You can add notes, for example access issues or time limitations. You then sign on screen to confirm the outcome. A PDF copy is emailed to you for your records.
