Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between you and Grace & Co Cleaning Solutions CYF for the supply of cleaning services in the United Kingdom.
1. Bookings and scope
Bookings are confirmed in writing with the agreed scope, rate, and date. Our cleaners follow the agreed checklist. Any changes to scope or time must be agreed with us in advance or with our office during the visit.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are as listed on our website or in your written quote. Domestic services are usually billed hourly with a two hour minimum unless otherwise stated. Fixed price packages apply for deep cleaning and end of tenancy where specified. Invoices are due upon completion unless a different arrangement is stated in writing.
3. Access and keys
You are responsible for providing access to the property. If keys or codes are provided, they are handled under recorded procedures. Missed appointments due to access problems may be chargeable.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the booking without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50 percent of the expected charge to cover allocated time and travel.
5. Health and safety
We may refuse tasks that present risks to health, safety, or property, for example working at height without appropriate equipment, handling hazardous materials, or using unsuitable chemicals on sensitive surfaces.
6. Liability and limitations
We hold public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre existing damage, wear and tear, or defects that prevent a satisfactory outcome. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
7. Breakages and issues
Please report any issues within 48 hours of the visit. We will investigate and, where appropriate, repair or replace items or make an insurance claim. Our completion checklist records any noted issues or access constraints at the time of service.
8. Your responsibilities
Ensure areas to be cleaned are reasonably free of clutter and accessible. Inform us of any delicate items, surfaces, or restrictions before the visit. Provide electricity and running water.
9. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may record completion checklists and optional photos to evidence work performed and manage quality complaints.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a remedy where reasonable, which may include a re clean of affected areas.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on our website.
